Staff Search
Relocation RTP is an independently owned brokerage in the Raleigh, Durham, Chapel Hill area. The staff is made up of only 2 people.
The Broker/Owner is Jay Izso. Jay has been a real estate agent in the Raleigh Area since 1997 and Broker for more than 8 years. Jay moved here in 1992 from Washingtion State University where he had completed his Master's Degree and course work for his Ph.D in psychology. Jay enjoys teaching and speaking he has taught at Washington State University and North Carolina State University where he taught on the subjects of Human Behavior, Statistics, and Experimental psychology.
Beyond Relocation RTP, Jay coaches clients with regard to their internet business, building business teams, and marketing. He speaks across the country on consumer behavior, target marketing and the internet, and writes for a national online magazine, as well as his own blog.
Fred Brachman, the newest member of the Relocation RTP team is a former neighbor of Jay's and currently runs his own company called HOA Partners, which helps current and future Home Owners Associations.
